:G: Stellar Radiance

I really wanted to try out a base edit to see what I could do, and I love this girly, so I did her! She's such a beaut.
I know it isn't much but I hope you like her as a small gift, Jojuki-chan, I've always loved Stellar, she lives up to her name :> I have no idea how you draw her curls, they're a bit harder than I expected haha
